I broked my laptop

So until recently, I had a VGN-TT25 Sony Vaio. But 2 nights ago, I broke it. I’m sure I’m not the only one who charges their laptop at night after a day of use. Well, like most nights, I plugged my laptop in, put it on my desk and went to bed. However, sometime during the night, my laptop fell off my desk. It landed with the charger port hitting the ground first. As a result, the charger socket is now dislodged. And if that’s not bad enough, the heat generated through charging was so great that it melted the coating around the wire and proceeded to melt the laptop case in that area.
Well, I want to buy a new laptop anyway. Taking recommendations (and donations ;D)

Don’t you have any photos of it? I would love to so how you killed your laptop ^^
And your request is granted.
Thanks for the photo’s ^^
It isn’t that bad, just replace some parts and it should be fine ^^. But if I had that kind of laptop, I also would buy a new one ^^, no offense.
Yeah, I didn’t like the laptop much either. My dad bought it using company funds, and gave it to me despite my requests for an Asus one. I’m taking this chance to replace it :D
